While photographing a Beatbox contest in Nottingham I had access to a balcony above the audience and looking down I realised that with the use of a 10.5mm and a flash I might be able to capture something special. OK, it’s not going to win any awards for artistic or creative content, but that was never the intension. I wanted to capture what was going on in the “entire” room in one second and I think I pretty much hit the nail.
