Spring has arrived!

On a Sunday lunch, after visiting mum and dad I like to take my coffee and go sit down by the river in my car and do a little “people watching” for an hour or so

4 or 5 days ago I went down and everything was grey and cold and the trees were still in winter mode with no leaves and the water looks SO cold. It just wasn’t very inviting.

But today is is so different. The sun is out, it feels so much warmer and as if by magic the trees have come back to life with green leaves everywhere and so much blossom, and best of all the water looks blue and people are out playing on it and enjoying themselves.

It feels like weeks apart from my last visit, not days.

Nature never fails to astound me.
