An open letter to Michael Payne MP for Gedling - The reply

A few weeks ago I wrote an open letter to my Member of Parliament Michael Payne bringing to his attention my thoughts on the recent ruling from the UK Suprema Court Of Appeal regarding the definition of gender and how it impacts trans men and women all across the UK.

Yesterday I received a response from Michael Payne MP and I have copied it above because (a) it’s a reply to an open letter and (b) it’s such a positive letter that I want the world to see it.

I’ll let the letter say what it says but I will go on record as saying thank you to Michael Payne personally.
